Ease into your Sunday with a slow, sweet stroll through Spring Brook Park. We'll kick things off with a few mountain poses to soak in the surroundings, then wander two easy laps of the loop past wetlands, bridges, and (if we're lucky) a whole lot of birds. No pressure, no pace race, just fresh air and good company.
